Laundry & Storage Rooms
Please be courteous to your neighbors who also use this laundry room and storage room.
Laundry Room:
Remover the lint from the dryer machine’s lint filter after each use. Please your empty containers and garbage in the garbage cans provided. Pick up things that fall on the floor and leave the laundry roomer cleaner that when you entered.
Laundry Room Door:
DO NOT PROP THE DOOR OPEN. It is a Fire Door and is designed to close under its own power, keeping outside air from supporting combustion.
If you need a key to your laundry room, please contact the property management office.
If a fire should occur, the closed fire door will slow the spread of the fire to the adjoining living space, allowing more time for someone to discover the fire before it spreads.
Repairs to Machines:
Please call Hercules at 1-800-526-5760 if you need repairs to the washing machines or dryers. Or contact the property management office if you do not receive a proper response.
Storage Room:
Place all your storage items inside the storage locker. Nothing can be stored outside it.
